How does it work?

1300 and 1800 numbers are a virtual telecommunications service, meaning you do not need any special phone lines or other telephone equipment to utilise one.

It's as simple as selecting a 1300 or 1800 number and requesting it to be configured to an answer point. You pay different amounts for each call received depending on the type of answering point you select and the location and type of caller.

You can combine any of the above answer points and join them together to ensure you don't miss any calls. You can also specify different answer point configurations depending on the time of day. We call this Time Based Routing.
