We offer a free control panel for all our clients for 1300 and 1800 Management. Simple1300Numbers - Config

Our config area allows you to: make answer point updates to your 1300 number or 1800 number (FREE), although it isn't instant, we usually have them done the same business day. It also allows you to change the greeting, email and sms number for your Live Answering Service, and update the email address for your Fax To Email service.

Simple1300Numbers - Usage

You can view your current and past call information, pdf emails or messages depending on the service type. The call information is extremely helpful in tracking advertising campaigns. We also supply the facility to resend pdf files for your fax to email service.
