We have designed a fresh new reporting section on our website, Simple Telecom Customer Console to allow service owners to track the performance of their service. You get free access to the customer console when you signup as a customer of Simple Telecom.
FANCY GRAPHS
We put all your call data together into one powerful graph so you can easily analyse your business performance and advertising campaign performance with a simple glance. Hover your mouse of the month of interest and you will see how many calls you had and how much they cost!
We have specialised reporting for each type of service on offer including graphing for number of calls, total minutes used, most popular referral url, invoice amount and more.
CALL USAGE STATS
You can view your current and past call usage information - including call details such as the Caller Id and destination number, pdf emails for fax to email services and messages for answering services - all depending on the types of services you have with Simple Telecom.
The call information is extremely helpful in tracking advertising campaigns so you can work out what day and time of day people call, and track performance of different campaigns by using multiple 1300 or 1800 services. We also supply the facility to resend lost pdf files for your fax to email service.
CUSTOMER DETAILS
Keep our records and your invoices upto date by using our cusotmer details form. You can also edit your password which you use to gain access to the customer console.
CONFIG UPDATES
Our config area allows you to: make answer point updates to your 1300 number or 1800 number (FREE), although it isn't instant, we usually have them done the same business day. It also allows you to change the greeting, email and sms number for your Live Answering Service, and update the email address for your Fax To Email service.
