Simply, call the service enter your password and follow the prompts to record your own custom greeting. Then login to the Simple Telecom Customer Console, update the delivery email address for the Voice To Email and its ready to go. As simple as that!

Scenario 1

Your going away on holidays and want to be able to check your messages while your away. Simple divert your current number to the Voice To Email service - or update your 1300 configuration to connect straight to the Voice To Email. All messages will be waiting in your Email Inbox as a MP3 when you check them.

Scenario 2

You are getting too many calls during the day - or are unable to answer every call you receive. Combine the 1300 or 1800 number with the Voice to Email to overflow your calls. Advertise the 1300 or 1800 service to your clients, when they call we will configure the calls to ring at your business phone. If no one answers or its busy, we can overflow the call to your mobile, if no one answers the mobile or its busy - connect the call straight to the Voice To Email service and allow the caller to leave a message.
